This position is a key member of Weyerhaeuser’s Southern Lumber Sales team, based in our Hot Springs, Arkansas office. The successful candidate will leverage comprehensive market insight, advanced pricing strategies, and strong analytical abilities to generate sales orders that effectively align customer requirements with available supply. In this role, you will work collaboratively with both established and prospective lumber customers to fulfill current and future volume requirements across residential, truss, treated, home center, and industrial market segments. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining and expanding existing accounts, and cultivating new business within these sectors. You will collaborate closely with a team of sales professionals and contribute to a larger sales organization representing a diverse portfolio of Weyerhaeuser products.
