About The Position

AGRILAND FS is looking for a well-organized and detailed individual to organize logistics, process orders and dispatch for lubricant/grease/DEF/coolants directly with the sales team to customers

Requirements

• Requires a minimum of a two-year business degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to learn product specifications and applications
• Strong organizational logistics aptitude
• Experience working in an office environment changing pace of work and dealing with interruptions and distractions
• Timely decision-making experience with the ability to analyze and communicate
• Experience demonstrating problem solving with excellent customer service
• Time management & organization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong math skills with the ability to learn how the role supports business goals
• Excellent computer skills including demonstrated use in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel
• Demonstrate the ability to learn proprietary software
• Ability to work extended hours beyond those considered "normal"
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch route trucks for efficient logistics while maintaining priority deliveries
• Execute orders, maintain records of orders to assist with inventory controls
• Manage customer inventory and communicate logistics information
• Provide excellent customer service, problem solving to team members and customers
• Communicate regularly with truck drivers
• Understand products and how certain products need to be delivered based on product features and transportation safety requirements
• Balance excellent customer service with logistical business efficiencies
