Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an automotive service or express lane environment preferred
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in doing things right
- Professional appearance and clear communication skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Perform multi-point inspections (fluids, tires, brakes, battery, belts, etc.)
- Complete routine maintenance and express services with precision and pride
- Check and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure, and lubrication points
- Identify opportunities to help customers protect their vehicles long-term
- Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold Toyota standards
