About The Position

LICENSED REGISTERED NURSE - LPN SUPERVISORY VISIT Are you an experienced RN with exceptional nursing skills and enjoys working with patients in a home setting? We are looking for individuals that have experience providing the following nursing services: Complete Supervisory Paperwork Schedule and perform Supervisory Visits to certified nurse assistants (CNAs) and personal care aides (PCAs) Re- Assessment of Status, Update Care plan if needed Job Description: Complete Supervisory Visit Paperwork Within Timeframe Update Care Plan if needed Visit Preformed once every 60 days. Observation of CNA 1x a Year

Requirements

• Able to follow regulation guidelines and deadlines with submission of clinical paperwork
• Computer skills are a must, typing skills for reporting is needed and to update documentation in online portal
• Demonstrates willingness and ability to work with electronic input and telecommunication devices
• Organized and timely with clinical paperwork
• Excellent clinical skills and demonstrated ability to manage time well
• Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate in a manner that is understandable to the staff and general public verbally and in writing
