About The Position

A Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of professional development initiatives within an organization. Assist the Director of Nursing to meet the needs of the facility with primary focus on nursing functions and clinical management. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Originally founded in 2013, the organization now consists of hundreds of independent operating subsidiaries, as well as ancillary and support services.
