Make a difference as a Staff Development Coordintor As a new Staff Development Coordinator at JGS Lifecare, you can expect a dynamic role that involves designing and implementing training programs for our staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing training needs, coordinating educational sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant. This position offers a stable schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, with on-call responsibilities as needed. You will have the opportunity to work closely with team members to support their professional growth and contribute to a culture of excellence and safety within the organization.
