About The Position
The Dalles Treatment Center is seeking compassionate LPN/RN Medication Nurses who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Thanks Reward & Recognition Program Annual Service Awards Team Member of the Quarter & Year Awards Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays. What does your day look like: Will be responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner. Perform s screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress. Relay s client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care. Provide compassionate high-quality care. Qualifications and Skills Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN. CPR Certified. M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program. Requirements
- Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN.
- CPR Certified.
- M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- Current driver's license.
