About The Position

The Dalles Treatment Center is seeking compassionate LPN/RN Medication Nurses who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. What does your day look like: Will be responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner. Perform s screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress. Relay s client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care. Provide compassionate high-quality care. Qualifications and Skills Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN. CPR Certified. M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program. Requirements

  • Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN.
  • CPR Certified.
  • M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • Current driver's license.
  • We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
