About The Position

We're hiring LPN/RN Medication Nurse to join our expanding team at the brand-new Klamath Falls Treatment Center 500 Main Street Klamath Falls, OR. $28.00/hr.-$40.00/hr. Depending on Experience Sign on Bonus $ 5,000- $2,500 upon hire, $1,250 90 days, $1,250 at 180 days Relocation Assistance Provided Benefits Health, Dental, Vision Plans: Medical and Vision-employer contribution. 401k: 4% Safe Harbor match Traditional/Roth options. What does your day look like: Will be responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner. Perform s screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress. Relay s client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care. Provide compassionate high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN.
  • CPR Certified.
  • M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • Current driver's license.
  • We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited. substances, even those legal at the state level.
