About The Position
Join Pendleton Treatment Center as an LPN/RN Medication Nurse and be part of a team that truly changes lives. $28.00hr- $40.00hr Depending on experience Sign on Bonus $5,000 Relocation Assistance Provided. Requirements
- Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN
- CPR Certified.
- M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- Current driver's license.
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited. substances, even those legal at the state level.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
- Perform s screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress.
- Relay s client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care.
- Provide compassionate high-quality care.
