Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license (active and in good standing)
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term and rehab residents
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document resident conditions and progress
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians
- Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment
