We're excited to expand our team with a Loyalty and Retention Specialist who will play a key role in evolving and elevating Cozy Earth's membership program. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply customer-focused, creatively curious, and excited to help reimagine what a brand membership experience can be. You'll help bring our membership to life through thoughtful experiences, engagement initiatives, and programming that builds long-term loyalty and connection with our customers.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, customer experience, community, events, or related roles
  • Passion for the customer and creating meaningful, memorable brand experiences
  • Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming new ideas and trying fresh approaches
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in DTC, eCommerce, loyalty, or membership programs is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support and help grow Cozy Earth's membership program with a strong focus on customer engagement and retention
  • Brainstorm, plan, and execute creative membership initiatives, experiences, and moments of delight
  • Help make the membership experience more interactive through campaigns, content, and touchpoints across channels
  • Collaborate with retention, email/SMS, brand, and creative teams to align messaging and member experiences
  • Assist with planning and executing member-focused events, activations, or exclusive experiences (virtual or in-person)
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve the membership experience over time
  • Track engagement metrics and member participation to understand what's resonating and where to iterate
  • Help manage membership communications, timelines, and executional details
  • Other duties as assigned
