The Pegasus School seeks a Lower School Program Coordinator to join our community beginning July 1, 2026. This role plays an important part in the daily life of the Lower School, helping ensure that students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5 experience a well-organized, supportive, and engaging school day. Working closely with the Lower School Director and faculty, the Program Coordinator helps coordinate divisional operations, manage schedules and events, and support the systems that allow teaching and learning to thrive. The Program Coordinator serves as a consistent and approachable presence for students, faculty, and families. Through careful attention to logistics, communication, and daily routines, this role helps maintain a smooth and positive environment while allowing the Lower School Director to focus on instructional leadership and long-term program development. The position also supervises a team of Lower School instructional assistants and helps coordinate the instructional support systems that strengthen classroom learning across the division. This role is well suited for an experienced educator who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment and partnering closely with teachers to support students and families. It offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the life of the division while developing experience in independent school administration.
