It is non-exempt (eligible for overtime) from the Fair Labor Standards Act and Unclassified (exempt from the Classified Service). The role requires daily travel, possibly in inclement weather, within an assigned sales territory in the Lorain Region (Erie, Huron, Richland, Lorain, Medina, Ashland counties). New hires must obtain a Notary Public within 60 days after employment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug test, including for marijuana.
