The role involves working as a uniformed retail Loss Prevention Officer, monitoring cameras for potential shoplifters, confronting and stopping them, and writing detailed reports on incidents. Officers will also be required to testify in court and network with local Law Enforcement. This is a full-time, 40-hour position, requiring work on both 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends, with Monday and Tuesday as days off. The officer will be essential in safeguarding company assets and minimizing theft through effective surveillance and loss prevention strategies, utilizing CCTV monitoring. Strong communication and customer service skills are vital for interacting with staff and customers, and the ability to manage conflicts is also important.
