At the Capital Hotel, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, associates, and property. The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for safeguarding hotel property, assets, guests, visitors, and associates.

Responsibilities

Patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and assets.
Respond to calls for assistance and support hotel operations with a safety-first mindset.
Investigate incidents involving guests, associates, or property, and document findings thoroughly.
Assist sick or injured guests or associates and ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
Monitor security systems, maintain accurate logs, and manage incident documentation.
Support fire safety and alarm system checks and monitor access points throughout the property.
