At TJX Companies, the Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by executing core responsibilities focused on acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty, utilizing a body worn camera. This role supports a positive customer shopping experience and maintains a strong partnership with store teams and loss prevention. The associate is expected to exercise sound judgment to ensure their safety, the safety of others, and the protection of the Company brand, while adhering to Company policies and supporting Company culture and values.
