About The Position

As a Loss Control Client Services Specialist, you’ll serve as a key link between EXL Survey’s external clients (including insurance companies, agents, and insureds) and our internal staff (inspectors, managers, coordinators, and quality control). You will manage inquiries, revisions, and project updates, ensuring information flows smoothly and timely between all parties. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. You’ll be responsible for tracking and following up on projects, resolving client concerns, and maintaining accurate records in the EXL Survey database.
