About The Position
School Year 2025-2026 Issue Date: November 11, 2025 Close Out: Open Until Filled Title: Long-Term Substitute Elementary/Middle School Teacher Immediate Opening Through Approximately January 21, 2026 Salary: As per negotiated agreement
Requirements
- NJ Standard or CEAS Certificate of one of the following: Elementary Teacher K-6, with 5-8 ELA or Math Endorsement preferred, or Elementary Teacher N-8 (Code 1000)
- Must provide proof of NJ residency.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
- Such other qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Nice To Haves
- Teacher of Handicapped or TOSD Endorsement preferred
- Experience with elementary/middle school students preferred.
