About The Position
Long Term Substitute Educational Assistant - East Elementary Enjoy working with elementary age students? Want to earn some extra money but need some flexibility within the work week? Then this might be the perfect fit for you! GENERAL DESCRIPTION Long Term substitute assignment available - 7 hours per day Under the direction of the Principal or designee, this employee assists in the supervision, care and instruction of students in grades K-5 by monitoring student behavior, performing classroom tasks, providing information to appropriate school personnel, and assisting students on an Individual Education Program (IEP). Assist students in the social communications or multiple disabilities classroom.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Apply for and maintain an Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education (ODE)
Responsibilities
