About The Position
St. Cecilia School, located at 440 Norton Rd. in Columbus, is seeking a long-term Part-Time Music Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. (8-10 weeks). This is a part-time position for a limited amount of time. The teacher is having surgery and will need time to recuperate. We are estimating needing a guest teacher for 8-10 weeks. The music teacher has classes on Wednesday afternoons, all day on Thursdays and Fridays.
Requirements
- Hold an appropriate Ohio Teaching Substitute License or be eligible to obtain one before beginning to teach
- Current satisfactory BCI & FBI background checks
- Have attended or be willing to attend a Virtus Protecting God's Children training
- Excellent musical skills
