This role provides administrative and program support to ETF administrators and office directors while delivering agency‑wide service functions. Responsibilities support numerous benefit programs including retirement, health insurance, life insurance, long‑term disability, duty disability, deferred compensation, and more. The LT Assistant plays a key role in the SAMS/Records Unit, ensuring accurate records processing, efficient mail services, and strong internal customer support.
