Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in warehouse operations and logistics or equivalent
3+ years of people management experience
Experience in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
Experience leading process improvements
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks
Knowledge of Warehouse Management System Software including Warehouse control systems
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced logistics environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 12+ direct reports, ensuring high performance and professional growth
Drive operational excellence across inbound, outbound, and customer support workflows
Maintain critical Service Level Agreements (SLAs) including 48-hour receiving and 24-hour request processing
Manage financial resources and operational budgets within assigned area
Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control requirements
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
