WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Logistics Technician, you will play a critical role in managing the flow of high-value prototype assets across the supply chain. You’ll support inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring accurate handling, tracking, and delivery of sensitive equipment. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, accountability, and timely fulfillment in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Requirements

Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or a related operational environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong customer service mindset with a high level of professionalism

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Experience with inventory management or asset tracking systems
Background in warehouse operations, retail, manufacturing, or customer service

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming prototype materials for accuracy and condition
Fulfill material and equipment requests with precision and urgency
Coordinate shipping and distribution to internal teams, clients, and testing locations, ensuring secure packaging and accurate labeling
Provide white-glove, on-site support to clients, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care
Perform local pickups and deliveries to client sites as required
Ensure compliant and secure disposal of equipment, including e-waste handling and donation processing
Conduct monthly inventory audits; ensure all assets are properly logged, tracked, and stored in designated locations
Maintain accurate records in inventory and data management systems to ensure full traceability
Monitor, update, and manage SRT/task queues to meet service level expectations
Process product returns, ensuring proper documentation and disposition
Support additional projects and operational initiatives as assigned
