About The Position

As the Logistics Supervisor, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations while leading a team of dedicated associates. You'll work closely with the Logistics Manager to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Your leadership will ensure the seamless movement of products across inbound, outbound, and inventory functions-keeping customers satisfied and operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of logistics or warehouse supervisory experience (non-entry level).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on, active warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility for early start times and occasional extended hours as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass required screenings (physical, background, MVR, drug test).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, voice-picking technology, or forklift operation.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, strong customer focus, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse and delivery associates across shipping, receiving, quality control, and inspection functions.
  • Drive operational improvement initiatives, leveraging Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members while promoting a positive, performance-driven culture.
  • Enforce company policies, safety standards, DOT, and OSHA compliance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet facility goals, manage scheduling, and ensure team coverage.
  • Provide fair and consistent coaching and corrective action when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and follow-through on operational assignments.
