About The Position

Uber Freight is seeking motivated professionals with experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day movement of freight for one dedicated customer, working as part of a collaborative team. This is not a sales role—you will not be responsible for building your own book of business. Instead, you’ll focus on executing and managing shipments to ensure they move smoothly, on time, and cost-effectively. You’ll take ownership of shipment execution from start to finish, including scheduling, communication, and problem-solving, while partnering closely with teammates, carriers, and stakeholders. This team-based environment ensures you have support, shared knowledge, and collaboration, rather than working independently. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy operational work, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule and a hybrid work model (three days in office, two days remote), based out of our Rogers, AR office.
