This role is 40 hours per week, onsite in North Reading, MA. This role is ideal for students who want hands‑on experience in supply chain operations, transportation coordination, and warehouse processes. You will support daily logistics activities, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Basic understanding of logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, inventory)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support inventory management, including stock checks, data entry, and reporting
  • Participate in warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, and packing
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP or logistics management systems
  • Perform administrative tasks related to logistics and supply chain operations
