The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive logistics, warehouse design, and new product launches. This role plays a key part in designing and executing logistics operations across our manufacturing footprint and distribution centers, with a focus on optimizing material flow and driving operational efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations.
  • Automotive, robotics, or advanced manufacturing industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with PFEP database development and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in warehouse design, material flow analysis, and supporting new product launches.
  • Experience working in ERP systems, ideally SAP

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Plan For Every Part (PFEP) database, ensuring accurate and complete material attributes through consistent stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure SAP material data accuracy and alignment with PFEP planning requirements.
  • Design efficient warehouse and lineside layouts that optimize material flow, storage capacity, and operational performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally during new product launches to ensure seamless logistics integration, material readiness, and inventory planning.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and support scalability.
  • Support shop floor execution by providing hands-on guidance, training, and problem-solving to drive operational excellence.
