About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Generalist to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics activities, ensuring timely material flow, and supporting cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking. Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions. Support logistics planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve delivery issues and optimize transportation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
