Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist

AescapeNew York, NY
22h$90,000 - $110,000

About The Position

Aescape is looking for a NY metro area based Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist who can orchestrate our end-to-end fulfillment workflows and manage complex white-glove installations to drive zero-failure delivery cycles as we scale our physical footprint for the next generation of lifestyle robotics. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally between Sales and Operations as we deploy our transformative technology to global leaders in hospitality and fitness. This is an amazing opportunity for you to own the "last-mile" customer experience and develop your systems-driven logistics expertise as we revolutionize the massage therapy industry. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Backed by $128MM in funding from investors like Valor Equity Partners (an early investor in Tesla and SpaceX), we launched the world’s first-to-market AI-powered robotic massage experience with Equinox in August 2024 and quickly went viral: WIRED, Fast Company, Popular Science, Sports Business Journal, Fortune, Vogue and Bloomberg are only some of the leading publications that have covered our technology, with celebs like Will Smith posting about us. As the Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist, you are the engine behind Aescape’s physical delivery system. You will focus on tactical execution ensuring our category-transforming robots get from our warehouses to the final customer site with precision. You will be the primary operator for our last-mile delivery network and our reverse logistics flow.
