LST Group looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to provide daily operational support for our auto hauling division. This role reports directly to the Director of Auto Hauling. Responsibilities include managing phone and email communications, scheduling appointments, conducting check calls, and assisting with load building. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. As a Logistics Coordinator at LST Group, you will: Keep daily operations running efficiently by maintaining strong organization and attention to detail Help build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers through consistent communication and excellent customer service Support account management tasks such as load building, appointment scheduling, phone support, and email correspondence Dispatch trucks to designated pickup locations Perform daily check calls to confirm vehicles are picked up and delivered on schedule
