About The Position

Since 1997, our factory has been a leading producer of the nation's cat litter supply. Located on Tidy Cat Road, our 40-acre plant site is seamlessly connected to a clay mine, enabling efficient mining, processing, packaging, and shipping. Operating around the clock, we mass produce conventional and clumping cat litter, supplying the mid-Atlantic region with nearly a third of a million tons annually. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key member of our warehouse team and will assist with keeping shipping activities running smoothly and effectively. You’ll manage all shipping-related functions and work with leaders to assure timely and accurate loading of inbound and outbound products, as well as provide loading information and paperwork.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years of clerical and/or customer service experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, military, or related fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity
Prepare and maintain productivity reports, shipping documents, pick/load slips and various other shipping office paperwork
Schedule the transfer of products between buildings
Prioritize and manage workload with various tools
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring efficient operations and effective resource management within the organization
