Logistics Coordinator

Qualifications
• Must have 2+ years of prior Logistics experience
• Must pass a BAFTE background check for the handling of pyrotechnics
• Must be proficient with computer technology and RF scanners
• Must be an organized person that can multi-task
• Need excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Need excellent teamwork skills
• Prior experience with powered industrial equipment preferred.
Essential Functions
• Use computer to access internal and external applications to fulfill company and customer requirements.
• Use RF scanners.
• Schedule appointments with outbound carriers.
• Professionally communicate to internal and external customers.
• Prepare and validate proper documentation for shipments.
• Prepare outbound freight for shipment.
Physical Demands
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• The ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment with various seasonal temperature conditions.
• The ability to look at computer monitors for extended periods of time.
• The ability to lift to 40 pounds constantly, 60 pounds occasionally, and team lifting more than 60 pounds infrequently.
• Requires bending over, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, pushing, lifting, seeing, observing, grasping, and repetitive motion.
• The ability to lift to 40 pounds constantly, 60 pounds occasionally, and team lifting more than 60 pounds infrequently.
• The ability for close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
• The use of high visibility outerwear and toe protection is required.
