The Logistics Coordinator’s primary duty is tracking and tracing of shipments for our customers. This individual will also schedule appointments, update shipment status information and customer quotes, and enter data into our systems. The Logistics Coordinator will work with customers and other operations departments to provide resolutions as needed. The use of several different programs and systems is required, so a quick learner with the ability to multi-task and adapt will excel in this role. There is the possibility of special projects assigned by leadership.
