Requirements

1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
Proficient in logistics software, shipment tracking tools, and vendor portals
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
Strong sense of ownership and urgency

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Maintain strong working relationships with carriers and help negotiate rates
Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and urgency
Prepare and maintain detailed shipping documentation and records
Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams
Address and resolve any shipping issues, discrepancies, or delays
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal procedures
Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and assist with implementing changes
Deliver a high level of customer service through clear and timely communication
Support day-to-day logistics operations and collaborate across teams
