About The Position

Clean Chemistry is a leading provider of water treatment solutions for the oilfield industry. We specialize in delivering innovative and environmentally sustainable solutions to ensure the safe and efficient management of water resources in oilfield operations. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field logistics, routing and scheduling carriers, and generating all necessary paperwork and oversight of hazardous material (Hazmat) documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations coordination, logistics management, or related roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, ERP or inventory management, and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of DOT safety regulations and best practices in the oilfield industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Logistics Management: Coordinate the transportation of equipment, chemicals, and other materials to and from our water treatment facilities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of supplies to meet operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of field inventory levels and manage replenishment orders as needed.
  • Manage and dispatch any equipment rentals.
  • Flexibility for on-call support
  • Ensuring all third-party carriers adhere to company and site-specific safety protocols
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the logistics department.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives company-wide.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as freight costs, delivery timelines, and vendor accuracy
