Logistics Coordinator (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote)

Tosca Services, LLCAtlanta, GA
$60,000 - $70,000Hybrid

About The Position

At Tosca, we’re transforming the supply chain with reusable packaging solutions that reduce waste, improve performance, and support sustainability. As a fast-growing company rooted in innovation and operational excellence, our team members thrive in an environment that encourages them to take ownership, solve problems, and make an impact. We’re a collaborative and passionate group, and we’re seeking someone equally driven to join our logistics team. If you’re energized by process improvement, data-driven decisions, and being part of a mission that matters, you’ll fit right in. As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll own the coordination of reverse logistics operations, ensuring Tosca’s reusable assets are efficiently returned from retail locations to our service centers. You’ll support our retail and salvage partners by managing orders, tracking shipments, and monitoring performance using systems such as D365, Power BI, and the Tosca Hub Portal. We’re seeking a self-starter who can own their workload, ask thoughtful questions, and act independently without constant oversight. If you’re someone who slows down to research, spots patterns, and doesn’t shy away from a complex logistics puzzle, we want to meet you.

Requirements

  • A background in reverse logistics is a must
  • 3–5 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (D365 preferred)
  • Comfortable using Excel (basic data entry and tracking—not advanced formulas)
  • Ability to interpret Power BI dashboards and use the insights to guide communication
  • Strong communication and customer service skills via phone and email
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume email environment
  • Proximity to Midtown Atlanta (this is a hybrid role, and commute time is a consideration)

Responsibilities

  • Managing reverse logistics activities to ensure timely asset returns and adequate inventory at service centers
  • Monitoring cube utilization via Power BI and initiating conversations with shippers based on that data
  • Supporting third-party logistics partners and reviewing linehaul/accessorial rates
  • Tracking shipments in TMS and maintaining accurate records in D365 and other systems
  • Participating in daily service center calls and taking ownership of follow-ups with collection sites and carriers

Benefits

  • Tosca offers a comprehensive benefits package to our team members. Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) have access to multiple healthcare plan options (including medical, dental, and vision coverage), a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match, paid time off, paid parental leave, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage, as well as long-term disability for eligible roles.
  • We also provide tax-advantaged health accounts (HSA with employer contributions and FSA programs), an Employee Assistance Program, and a range of additional perks – such as a fitness reimbursement program, educational assistance, employee discount programs, and optional supplemental insurance (e.g., accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity) and legal/identity theft protection plans.
