Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficiency with Excel required
• Knowledge of mapping tools, and internal systems preferred
• Comfortable making decisions in real time
• Adaptable, reliable, and able to work flexible hours as needed
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and adjusting delivery routes based on evolving priorities
• Monitor logistics activity and communicate changes as needed
• Support inventory movement, territory updates, and scheduling adjustments
• Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Perform data entry and maintain routing and logistics records
• Handle unexpected issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach
• Communicate effectively with our Sales team
