About The Position

Sutherland Global Logistics / SEKO MedTec (State College, PA) is seeking an Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations by helping coordinate shipments, communicate with customers, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced office environment-no logistics experience required.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to obtain and maintain TSA certification

Nice To Haves

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, office support

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and vendors
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Manage client accounts and maintain strong working relationships
• Ensure inventory availability across warehouse locations
• Enter and manage shipment details in internal systems
• Communicate with shipping agents to ensure proper handling and instructions
• Resolve issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments
• Review documentation and verify accuracy prior to processing payments
• Negotiate rates within guidelines when needed
• Follow projects from start to completion with full accountability
