Mission: The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting both outbound and inbound shipment processing of our device hardware. The quality of the products to support project implementations is held to the highest standards as CenTrak’s infrastructure is running processes in top healthcare institutions. The individual will work to ensure that all actions meet the quality standard outlined by the departmental SOPs. Logistics Coordinators must be meticulous, diligent and regimented, and demonstrate the ability to deliver consistent and thorough work. This position reports directly to the Fulfillment Manager.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a business, logistics or a related field is preferred, HS Diploma or equivalent is acceptable with additional certifications (including but not limited to operational trainings, trade certifications, and other industry specific certifications associated with previous job functions)
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar operations or logistics role
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on proficiency in Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in multitasking with strong accuracy
  • Able to communicate effectively among teammates and supervisors
  • Demonstrate knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to follow instructions and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with basic power and hand tools
  • Ability to work independently once trained
  • Overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily inventory operations, including receiving, handling, storage, inspection, and preparation of products for shipment.
  • Support the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process, ensuring disposition of returned shipments is properly handled and documented in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor outbound shipments, proactively identify at‑risk shipments, escalate issues promptly, and ensure clear, closed-loop communication with internal teams.
  • Follow SOPs and maintain clear and consistent documentation.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform all other related duties assigned by the Fulfillment Manager.
