About The Position

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. As a Logistics Associate I, you’ll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You’ll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You’ll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. How You’ll Make an Impact: Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations Position Details: Plant Location: High Point, North Carolina Work Week & Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm, some overtime What’s Unique About This Role: Be part of a team that directly supports Ecolab’s mission to protect public health and the environment Gain hands-on experience with logistics systems and warehouse operations Grow in a supportive environment that values safety, collaboration, and shared success

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of previous forklift operating experience
  • Previous plant or warehouse experience
  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Raymond-Brand stand-up forklifts
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
