Visit our website to learn more. This role will focus on: Role Summary This position is based in our brand-new State of the Art facility in Devens Massachusetts. Lead and mentor the Devens Warehouse/Materials team, including Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control and warehouse operations. Drive strong cross-functional collaboration to assure exceptional internal and external customer service. You will be responsible for supporting the execution to build upon a solid foundational structure within the warehouse and materials areas, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Site Inventory movements, with key focus areas including on-time and accurate deliveries, maintaining high inventory accuracy, building sustainable processes to move inventory through a large, growing, complex facility including large footprint ISO Class 7 (and below) cleanrooms. Assuring continuous development of a growing materials team. Customer OTD, Inventory Accuracy and Revenue Budget attainment are critical KPIs to the success of this role.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience ideally within manufacturing - managing and leading cross-functional warehouse teams.
  • Direct management of materials department including Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Control including managing cycle count programs with high accuracy.
  • Safety: Must be experienced in monitoring and implementing Safety Protocols for warehouse environments
  • Import/Export: Stateside and international carrier experience with international shipping requirements including Tariffs and HS Codes
  • Systems: Strong ERP Systems experience, ability to effectively use business management/ ERP systems and communication technology such as Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and problem solving skills including the use of excel (Data analytic tools within excel).
  • Experience with implementing Warehouse efficiency systems such as barcoding, RFID, etc.
  • Experience of designing and implementing clear, repeatable communication channels and structures (e.g., daily visual management, dashboards, standard operating procedures) that ensure information flows efficiently across departments.
  • Experience of managing a team through change.
  • Experience of proactively building a cross functional team environment encouraging growth and development
  • Degree in Supply Chain or Business and/or equivalent experience.
