Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices, and our customers. These disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products, from conception through deactivation. Our primary focus area is product support, which includes the following disciplines: Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability. As a Logistics Analyst supporting the Inventory Management Specialist, you will work closely with Engineering Product Team Leads, Cross Product Team Leads, and Integrated Product Team Leads to procure, invoice, receive, and maintain materials required to test and sustain equipment at the Patriot Test Facility – Andover (PTFA).

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Active and existing security clearance required on day 1
• Experience working with Technical Data Packages and/or Product Data Management (PDM).

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of missile system product lines (e.g., Patriot) and associated major end items, with general knowledge of life cycle processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and investigative skills.
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate documentation under deadline pressure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with ALCS.
• Experience supporting an engineering lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier and vendor identification, selection, and evaluation for material purchases.
• Partner with Planners and Buyers to procure engineering materials and spares needed for PTFA equipment.
• Collaborate with requesting engineers to ensure specifications and requirements for procured items are fully defined.
• Work with Buyers to verify all purchase orders are correctly completed before submission.
• Support Engineering by coordinating Special Assessment Forms for items exceeding $10K and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records and databases.
• Submit online purchase requests for each procurement as required.
• Handle day-to-day purchase requests for the PTFA.
• Monitor material status to ensure items are received and invoiced in a timely manner.
