Life Cycle Engineering includes several disciplines that support engineering, program offices, and customers throughout the entire product life cycle—from concept to deactivation. Our main focus is product support, including Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability. As a Logistics Analyst supporting Software Distribution, you will provide administrative support, coordinate logistics, manage inventory and data accuracy, respond to field inquiries, and facilitate communication between the program office and end users. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Tewksbury, MA.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with Technical Data Packages and/or Product Data Management (PDM).
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of missile system product lines (e.g., Patriot) and associated major end items, with general knowledge of life cycle processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and investigation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and produce accurate documentation under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day field support for Software Distribution activities, responding to requests from both program offices and end users.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and prepare documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and shipment records.
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate logistics documentation.
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and assist with developing and updating operational documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure process adherence to maintain quality and control.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams through strong interpersonal communication.
