MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED ● Shipments: Help with the tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery of products. ● Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate records of stock and shipments. ● Documentation: Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices and packing lists. ● Communication: Liaise with freight forwarders, and internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations. ● Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods or discrepancies in orders. ● Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding transportation and logistics. The Logistics Analyst Senior must have: ● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science ● Experience: 5+ years of related experience in logistics or supply chain ● Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly ● US citizenship required ● Role requirements: Strong organizational skills Communication skills Proficiency in logistics software Must be able to lift 40lbs regularly ● This position requires working in a warehouse, with occasional travel to meet with suppliers or clients. Must be willing to get a DOT physical, learn to drive trucks, and learn to operate forklifts. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
