Logistics Analyst IV in support of Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Product Manager Engineering Systems (PdM ES), Fuel and Water Team Primary duties will include (but not limited to): Leads and directs integrated logistics support (ILS) activities designed to provide effective and efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment. Recommends ILS element planning and progress to ensure compliance with program requirements, specifications, and standards. Analyzes models and optimized distribution networks using advanced logistics software for location of sites, allocation of resources, inventory placement and size, selection of transportation mode, freight consolidation, closed loop tours, continuous moves, shipment to customers, etc. Determines proper logistics support sequences and time phasing, problems arising from location of operation area and other factors such as environmental and human factors. Directs the activities of more junior Logistics Analysts or other staff as necessary on activities related to the application of analytical techniques and methodologies. Report directly to the Lead Logistics Management Specialist for Fuel and Water Team to support the following tasks: Ensure team level tasks are tracked, executed, and reported. Work closely with program and contractor staff in various competencies including logistics, engineering, development, and integration. Follow-up on tasks assigned to the team level Logistics Management Specialist. Gather information from various data sources (information systems and key personnel) to synthesize coherent responses to task for review and submission. Monitor, maintain, and prepare input in support of the Product Manager (PdM) Risk Review, PdM Status Meetings, and other recurring meetings. Provide continuous logistics support on the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE), not limited to providing input on supply chain management, conducting ILAs, course of action, strategy, and oversight of total quality management. Develops, reviews, and updates acquisition documentation, logistics plans, technical manuals/publications, and instructions for programs of record at various ACATs. Conduct assessments of documentation such as limited Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) plans, Material Readiness Reports, limited Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) recommendation letters, Maintenance Task Analyses (MTA), Tracking Exchange of equipment, and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) products. Develop, review, and update Technical Manuals. Develop conference or meeting agendas and minutes
