SUMMARY: Assists casino customers in all aspects of the Gift Shop, Lodge and switchboard. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Lodge Clerk accurately makes reservations and checks guests in and out in a timely and accurate manner. He/she is responsible for directing incoming switchboard telephone calls to the appropriate party. The Lodge Clerk substitutes for the night auditor when needed and completes all paperwork and log books accurately. He/she assists in the gift shop by waiting on customers, arranging merchandise displays and taking monthly and annual inventory of all merchandise. The Lodge Clerk is responsible for any other duties as assigned by either the Lodge Director or Lodge Supervisor. Employee shall comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements – Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance.
