Requirements
- Candidates need to be at least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record to be on CooperRiis driver insurance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build supportive relationships with residents
Responsibilities
- Plan and actively assist residents in their recovery process and attaining their goals
- Provide a positive evening experience and encourage participation in planned events
- Responds to any critical needs or crisis situation
- Provides documentation on each resident
- First responder for on call services throughout the night and may be awakened by a resident
