About The Position

Lockbox Processing Lead Onsite - Charlotte, NC Shift – 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Friday - Monday $18.00-$20.00 per hour Paid Training 6-8 weeks We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lockbox Processing Lead to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will manage essential tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient lockbox processing operation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of lockbox processing, strong multitasking abilities, and the confidence to make productive decisions while interacting with various personality types.

Requirements

Previous experience in lockbox processing preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making skills with a focus on productivity
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage interactions with diverse personalities
Able to pass background check
Able to pass drug test
Must have high school diploma or GED
Pay is $18.00, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

The estimated salary range for this role $38,400-$48,000.

Responsibilities

Oversee production work for staff, ensuring proper distribution and efficient workflow
Manages more complex tasks that are escalated due to issues
Lead the preparation and quality control (QC) of designated accounts, including code red account
Ensures quality and volume is met during shifts
Collaborates with supervisors on key performance measures set by the client
Communicates with teams and managers to provide work status
Tracks/monitors daily and monthly reporting
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
