About The Position

Responsible for opening mail, preparing revenue batches, folding letters, running mail through postage machine answering support emails

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in an office environment.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak effectively with customers and employees.
  • Ability to proofread correspondence, detect and correct errors.
  • Ability to prepare routine correspondence and replies for signature with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to perform basic math computations using online, desk top calculator, or creating calculations in spreadsheets.
  • Ability to satisfactorily resolve routine situations based on supervisor s guidance or written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for taxpayers, correspondence through email support.
  • Ability to complete tasks by deadline and with little supervision.
  • Additional responsibilities are assigned as deemed necessary on a weekly/daily basis.
