Our customer is looking for a site admin. Perform daily functions of operating and maintaining an Inmate Telephone System at the facility. • Monitors all systems provided by Pay-Tel for daily performance and reports to Technical Support. • Burning of CDs of inmate recordings or records for 3rd parties when required. • Monitoring all calling types and voice biometric systems where required. • Replaces or performs minor repairs on the inmate telephone system and/or phones. • Makes sure correct informational signage is properly maintained. • Performs quarterly operational checks on inmate telephones. • Manages/reports all types of alerts to facility and Pay-Tel Technical Support. • Replies to inmate complaints thru the facilities grievance system process. • Provides initial and ongoing training on Pay Tel’s inmate telephone system, all calling types and voice biometrics to new facility staff, including staff at remote sites. • Maintain professional working relationship with facility personal at all times.

  • Basic proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills; basic to intermediate tool knowledge including drills (hammer drills, impact drills, drill bits, etc.), screw drivers, nut drivers, use of ladder, scissor lift, single man lift, amp tool, etc.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of relay switches, running wire, cabling, color code knowledge of Cat6 Wire, rack equipment, server equipment.
